You all should try to put ads out in papaers too—with his pictures and story. These can be sent throughout the west coast…because after 2 weeks he could be anyplace. If he left to just spend some time with someone he might be scared to come back–because he thinks everyone is upset at him now…of course thats not the case, you just want him safely home…but if hes sick or confused for whatever reason, he could be thinking all kinds of inaccurate stuff. Put out ads for him to read–and send out his picture to all major newspapers for print. He needs to remember he is loved and wanted.

…thats always a fearful thought…so, its wise to also try to figure out who would want to hurt him…for any reason. He could be left injured somewhere….

Yeah…the gangs (Juggalos and many others…) can be dangerous when you get around by bus and arent driving your own vehicle out here. I got chased through the woods and out to Mountain highway in the dark one night this summer. So i ran to a house basically yelling for help and flung the front door open. The owners helped me but they were just as terrified at first. The people chasing me were about 5 or 6 of them. i would have been very badly hurt or worse if they had caught me. Dont walk around here alone day or night if you can drive or get a ride from someone else.

i know. i sell cars on the Pacific strip and have had a lot of interference with various and sundry folks that want to do mischeif. It’s not safe anymore daytime or night…as far as this boy goes, he has to be found before the police will be able to start a really serious investigation into what and why he disappeared. if someone hurt him—they need to be in prison, and never get out.

This young man needs to be found soon…if anyone sees this blog, please feel free to help us in our search. He has been gone now just over 2 weeks and we have heard nothing yet from him, and this is not something he would do…ever. He has always been reliable and responsible to his job, family and friends– so disappearing isnt something he would do deliberately. For more info look up ‘missing Chris Virdell’ on facebook. Please look at his pictures and remember his face…he needs to come home as soon as he is located.
If he for some reason doesnt respond to your help if found in public, please call the police and report the sighting!

This is a very sad situation, I work for Safeway and we continue to place pictures all through the store to keep customers aware and to hopefully convince someone to come forward if they know something.
